>>Pre-Sale Consultation

Anyone can sell you equipment, but it takes a professional organization to provide you with equipment that truly meets your needs, today and in the future. During the Pre-Sale Consultation, we’ll ask questions about your business, your wants, and needs, so we can provide you with the right solution.

>>Pre-Shipment Configuration

We assemble and test most equipment prior to shipping at no charge. For large or complex configurations, there is only a minimal charge for this service. This allows us to find the ‘infant mortality’ problems that are part of any manufacturer’s product and correct them before they reach your facility. This saves you both time and money.

>>Site Evaluation

Computer hardware and networking equipment sometimes requires specialized environments. We make sure you have the proper power, ventilation and cooling, network infrastructure, and physical environment for your equipment.

>>Installation

Manufacturers' idea of installation is to uncrate the equipment, remove it from the boxes, install it in the system, and power it on to verify functionality. IHS does this before it ever hits your dock. This saves you money, at least 2 hours of tech time and in most cases 2+ hours at the time of actual installation to focus on configuration and system tuning.

>>Post-Sale Consultation

After Installation, we follow up to make sure that we have exceeded your expectations. If you have a technical staff, we also offer telephone support for those times when your staff needs some help.
